ED ZINNAMON
Ed
Zinnamon
has a long
history and passion for Real Estate,
especially the investment avenue of the
business. He obtained his Real
Estate license in 1989 and quickly focused
on investment / commercial properties.
In 1997, he and his wife opened First
Commercial Real Estate OKC, where he is the
principle Broker. During his Real
Estate Career he has worked with a company
that developed a large country club sub
division, and later lead the way for the
company to open a highly successful
commercial division.
He has also closed commercial
transactions with companies such as Home Depot, Pier
One, CiCi’s Pizza, Homeland, National Home
Center, and Rainsoft Water

. His company has
participated in closed transactions of over
$300,000,000 with over 300 investors.
These investors have been both local and out
of state with their experience level ranging
from first time investors to highly
experienced. His experience of
understanding the investment property
business goes even further back. He
literally has grown up in the business with
his family building and managing several
multi-family properties. Ed enjoys
using his past experiences in being a part
